STEP 01
Apply with code
60–90 min
Solve a real task on a real codebase, using the AI assistant you already work with.
RB DesignTech builds AI agents, tokenization, and IoT products for real businesses — innovation excellence since 1995.
The way to apply is simple: write code on a real codebase, give us your best 90 minutes and a human reads exactly what you wrote.
This is real engineering work on a real codebase. Treat the start of the assessment the way you'd treat the start of a focus block: a quiet room, full battery, stable signal. Give yourself the conditions to do your best work.
Use a real keyboard and a screen big enough to read code without zoom. The IDE needs a desktop browser to load.
The workspace runs in your browser and auto-saves as you go. Pick a network you trust for the full window so nothing in your work gets lost in transit.
At your desk, in a library, at home — anywhere you can think for 60–90 minutes without interruption. Not a metro, mall, or café.
Mute your phone. Close other browser tabs. You'll have plenty of time if you stay focused.
The RB DesignTech Code Challenge is transparent by design — you always know where you stand and what comes next.
STEP 01
60–90 min
Solve a real task on a real codebase, using the AI assistant you already work with.
STEP 02
48–72 hrs
An engineer reads what you actually wrote — not just whether the tests passed.
STEP 03
45 min
A focused talk about your work, how you think, and how you'd build with the team.
STEP 04
~1 week
A clear answer, quickly. If it's a yes, a transparent offer follows.
Your assessment
When you submit your application, we email you a one-time, single-use link to your assessment. Get set up first — quiet room, laptop, stable Wi-Fi — then open it. Your session and the clock start the moment you click.
Your assessment link works only once. Don't open it on your phone to "peek." Open it once, when you're ready to give it your full 60–90 minutes.
Fill in the short form behind the Apply button.
You receive your private, one-time assessment link.
Quiet room · laptop/desktop · stable Wi-Fi · phone on mute.
Open the link once and finish in one focused sitting.
On a real codebase, with the AI you already use — and we'll give you a real read in real time.
